The Appletree is a detached, double fronted, three bedroom house.  It features a large, open plan kitchen/dining area designed for flexible living with attractive units, integrated appliances and double French doors that lead outside to the patio and garden, perfect for hot, summer days. A separate living room and cloakroom are also situated on the ground floor. Upstairs there are three good sized bedrooms with the master bedroom boasting an ensuite shower room.  A family bathroom completes the accommodation. The Appletree features off-street parking for two cars.
