Cardiff Living is a new kind of housing partnership that offers the best in both private and affordable construction and development expertise alongside a strong commitment to communities and regeneration.

A partnership between Cardiff Council and Wates Residential, Cardiff Living will eventually deliver 1,500 high quality and sustainable new homes across a number of locations throughout Cardiff.

With a young and growing population, an established reputation as a sporting and cultural hub and widespread employment opportunities, Cardiff’s popularity has led to increased pressure on its housing supply. Cardiff Living offers a unique solution that will revitalise existing communities and deliver new housing for the 21st century in one of Europe’s most liveable cities.

Regeneration update
Work is starting on site in spring 2017 and is set for completion in 2025. We will provide regular progress updates for each Cardiff Living site and will engage closely with the communities of Cardiff to ensure that we minimise disruption throughout the development programme.
